If you have the existing 2009 version of the law poster, there is no legal requirement to buy the updated version as the poster content has not changed. Both the 2009 and 2018 versions are valid.

It is easier to read and understand, providing benefits from increased awareness to both workers and employers. Unlike the previous poster, there is no need to provide the name and address of the enforcing authority for the premises. Reduces the administrative costs for employers, who no longer need to include and update additional information.
